A more analytical lens on property decisions.

QuantField is built around a more institutional approach to property: clearer frameworks, sharper filtering, and better workflow design. The aim is not to add more noise to the market, but to make the first layer of decision-making more disciplined and more useful.

The property market rewards discipline more than enthusiasm.

Most property decisions are made under information pressure: too many listings, too many opinions, and too little time to separate what matters from what is noise. The default approach — browsing portals, relying on agent presentations, asking friends — produces decisions shaped by what is visible and well-marketed, not by what actually makes a property a sound investment.

QuantField was built to give a more structured first layer. Not to replace judgment, but to sharpen it. The buy-box framework, the screening tool, and the property copilot are all designed around one question: what does the data actually say about this opportunity, before time and attention are committed to it?

The platform serves agents, buyers, and self-directed subscribers — three different entry points, but a single underlying principle. Disciplined filtering is the most consistent source of better property outcomes.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson · Singapore

QuantField is run by a licensed real estate salesperson in Singapore. The practice is built around buyer representation exclusively — I represent people buying properties, not sellers or developers. My fee comes from the co-brokerage arrangement rather than from the people I am advising.

The frustration that created QuantField was straightforward: the information available to most buyers is shaped by the people who benefit from transactions happening. Gross yield figures, lifestyle narratives, and urgency signals are designed to accelerate decisions, not improve them. A more analytical approach — one that starts with a buy box, applies consistent criteria, and separates the screen from the pitch — produces better starting points.

The platform is the systematic version of that approach, available to agents who want to operate more rigorously, buyers who want to self-serve more effectively, and subscribers who want to progress on their own terms.

Four operating principles.

01

Numbers first

No gut feels. No lifestyle marketing. Every evaluation starts with a conservative financial model and works outward from there.

02

Honest verdicts

If the numbers do not work, the verdict is PASS. Including on listings that are heavily marketed. Including when the pitch is compelling.

03

Buyer's interest only

Where agent involvement applies, it is on the buyer's side. No developer referrals. No seller-side mandates. No conflict of interest in what gets recommended.

04

Transparent process

The formula is visible. The assumptions are documented. The reasoning is stated in full. You can see exactly how every verdict was reached.
